One thousand Americans stop smoking every day ....

Don't allow yourself to be one of those people!! There are options for you.. and hypnosis is one of the most successful tools for smoking cessation. You can walk into a session a smoker and within half an hour you have totally given up cigarettes (or chew). Although there may be a natural feeling of loss at some point, you have the tools to manage this craving, desire or loss and move past it.
