- Drink more water- it not only sustains and cleanses the body but it also helps your brain to function better.
- Go outside and get some fresh air everyday. Walk for 5 (10, 15) minutes if you can.
- Give yourself a scheduled time for quiet and peace. Close your eyes for a moment and breathe.
- Practice forgiveness…don't let anyone live you your head rent free.
