Are you taking care of your side?   Are you doing anything to nourish your body and mind..are you taking care of yourself?      Here are a few suggestions:


  • Drink more water- it not only sustains and cleanses the body but it also helps your brain to function better.
  • Go outside and get some fresh air everyday.  Walk for 5 (10, 15) minutes if you can.
  • Give yourself a scheduled time for quiet and peace.  Close your eyes for a moment and breathe.  
  • Practice forgiveness…don't let anyone live you your head rent free.
